Flights are not included in our package tours. Since our customers come from all over the world we have only included the ground services within the Nordic countries, Iceland and the Baltics. This will give you the freedom to choose any departure, based on your own requirements (price and departure time). A useful website for comparing flights is Skyscanner.
If you have to change flights to reach your destination it is recommended that you allow good time between flights. Heavy snowfall, ice or similar may cause delays. It might also be a good idea to include one overnight in the city you arrive to from abroad before continuing. Thus, you don't miss out on your special overnight in the Ice Hotel or similar in case your flight is delayed.
We have pre-booked rooms at most hotels throughout the year. However, availability is never guaranteed until you have received a written tour confirmation from us (this will be sent within 24-48 hours after submitting a booking request online). We would therefore recommend that you wait until you receive the tour confirmation before booking your flight ticket(s).
