Winter horseback riding is worth a try – even with no previous experience! On this tour you will explore the arctic nature from the saddle of a Finnish traditional horse.
After arriving at the Kakslauttanen horse stables, you will get your riding gear and an introduction at the stables. The Finnish horses are noble and calm and wonderful to ride, also for the ones with no previous riding experience.
Then it is time to discover the wintery forest of Lapland where you can find harmony and peace this close to nature. After the ride, it is time to thank the horses and go inside for a hot drink and a treat.

Approximately 18% discount (10-11 years). Children under the age of 10 are not allowed to ride. Riding experience is required for children under 12 years.
Transfers, guide, thermal clothing (warm overall, winter boots, gloves, warm hat), helmet, a hot drink and a sweet treat.
Special conditions: The weight limit for horseback riding is 100 kg. A minimum 2 participants. If travelling alone, you can still book this experience as there might be other travelers participating.
Weather dependent: All outdoor activities are weather dependent and may be cancelled or replaced by more suitable alternatives should the conditions not permit to run the tour as planned. A full refund will be made for activities cancelled by the supplier due to weather conditions.
