Meet the husky dogs at Apukka Resort and embark on a thrilling daytime adventure, including an hour long dog sledding tour in the snowclad forests just outside Rovaniemi.
Huskies are some of the most loved animals of the North, and you will understand why when you meet them at Apukka. Before your sled ride starts, you can cuddle the huskies, take photos and listen to stories about the lives of the huskies from your guide.
The highlight of the day is the 7-10 kilometer long safari, where you get to mush your very own team of huskies! There is nothing these huskies love more than running on the snowy trails.

Thermal clothing during the safari (thermal overall, boots, gloves, woollen socks, a scarf), 7-10km husky ride, safety instructions, guide, hot beverages.
