Day 01: Arrival in Oslo, the capital of Norway

Arrival in Oslo according to your own itinerary. The Norwegian capital is beautifully situated at the head of the Oslo Fjord and surrounded by forested ridges. The city’s surroundings provide recreational opportunities that are frequently taken advantage of by the city’s inhabitants, as well as increasingly by visitors. Oslo offers many well know sights such as the Vigeland Sculpture Park, the Viking Ship Museum, the Munch Museum and Oslo Opera House. Accommodation in Oslo.

Day 02: Oslo - day at leisure

Breakfast at the hotel. This day is at your own leisure. Oslo is a fairly small capital and it is easy to get around, both on foot and by public transportation. You can also take a boat trip on the Oslo fjord to the Bygdøy peninsula where several of Oslo's best museums are located, or even to one of the islands where you can go swimming during the summer months. Also recommended is a visit to Grünerløkka, one of Oslo's hip neighborhoods where locals go out for a drink, dinner or clubbing. Here you will also find small shops and cozy cafés. Day 03: Travel by train to Stockholm, the capital of Sweden

Breakfast at the hotel. Departure from Oslo by train to Stockholm, the capital of Sweden. The train ride takes approximately 7 hours. Stockholm is built on 14 islands and you are never far from the water. Well-preserved medieval buildings stand alongside modern architecture, and just outside the city, the archipelago of 24 000 islands is waiting to be explored. Accommodation in Stockholm.

Day 04: Stockholm - day at leisure

Breakfast at the hotel. This day is at your own leisure. Sights of interest include the Vasa Museum, Skansen Open Air Museum, City Hall, the Old Town (Gamla Stan) and much more. Also recommendable is a cruise to Drottningholm, the royal residence of Sweden.

Day 05: Overnight cruise from Stockholm to Helsinki

Breakfast at the hotel. This day is at your own leisure in Stockholm, before departing in the afternoon with a cruise ferry from Silja Line.

Day 06: Helsinki, the capital of Finland

Breakfast onboard. Morning arrival in Helsinki, the capital of Finland. Helsinki is a modern cultural city, which throughout 450 years of history, has existed in the crosscurrents of the east and west. The colourful layers of history can be seen everywhere; a walking tour of the city centre or of the magnificent Suomenlinna Maritime Fortress will open your eyes to a fascinating past. Sights of interest include the historical centre, Senate Square, the Parliament building, Finlandia Hall, the Sibelius Monument and Temppeliaukio Church (Rock Church).

Day 07: Helsinki - day at leisure

Breakfast at the hotel. This day is at your own leisure in Helsinki. We recommend a visit to Suomenlinna, the 250-year-old fortress located on an island just outside the city centre of Helsinki. Suomenlinna is a unique historical monument and one of the largest maritime fortresses in the world. You can get to the island both by ferry and by Helsinki's water buses. Accommodation in Helsinki.
