Visit the unique Polar Park, the northernmost animal park in the world, which is beautifully located in the Salangsdalen Valley in Bardu, 75 km north of Narvik. During this Norwegian wildlife experience, you have the chance to meet wolves, brown bears, lynx, arctic foxes, elks, reindeer and other polar animals.
The park focuses on the welfare of the animals; within its enclosures, a natural environmental enrichment keeps the animals stimulated and active. Visiting the Polar Park in winter gives you the opportunity of seeing the animals in their thick winter fur. In addition, they are more active due to the low temperatures.
