Enjoy a night ride with reindeer under the Northern Lights in Rovaniemi. Travel through beautiful silent nature in the arctic night and search for the magical Auroras above.
You will travel by car to the start of the adventure at a local reindeer farm. Enjoy the silence of the dark polar night in a reindeer sleigh whilst searching for the Northern Lights in Finnish Lapland. Travel peacefully through the arctic forest wrapped up warm in the sleigh. There are plenty of opportunities throughout the safari to take photos.
The reindeer sleigh ride takes about 1 hour. Afterwards, a reindeer herder has prepared coffee and a cinnamon bun by the campfire and will share interesting stories about reindeer herding and the wilderness life in Finnish Lapland. Two persons per reindeer sleigh unless otherwise advised at the farm.

Approximately 25% (4-12 years). Parents with small children, please consider if your child is able to sit in a sleigh for 1 hour in winter conditions. Kindly note, there are no shortcuts from the forest back to the farm.
Guide, winter clothing (thermal overall, winter boots, woollen socks, woollen scarf, beanie and gloves), visit to the reindeer farm with a 1-hour sleigh ride, hot drinks and cinnamon bun while listening to the stories of the reindeer herder way of life, return transfer from Rovaniemi city centre, Santa Claus Holiday Village, Santa's Igloos Arctic Circle, Nova Skyland or Arctic TreeHouse Hotel.
Minimum 2 participants: If travelling alone you can still book this experience as there might be other travelers participating.
Weather dependent: All outdoor activities are weather dependent and may be cancelled or replaced by more suitable alternatives should the conditions not permit to run the tour as planned. A full refund will be made for activities cancelled by the supplier due to weather conditions.
Northern Lights: Kindly note that Northern Lights observations are never guaranteed (depending on solar activity and a clear sky). No refund can be made for activities booked if you do not see the Northern Lights.
