  On this guided 1 ½ -hour walk you will get to know more of Bergen than the Hanseatic Wharf and the Fish Market. You will be able to explore the charming streets and the town’s medieval narrow passages. As you will experience the city by foot at a leisurely speed you will get an entirely new impression of Bergen.

  • Departure: Tourist Information, opposite the Fish Market.
    Note: During 15 June- 15 August the tour departs from Holmedalsgården 6f on Bryggen Wharf.

  An authorized local guide will pick you up from your city centre hotel and take you for a 3-hour walking tour through the city centre of Bergen, including the Fish & Flower Market, the Hanseatic Museum and the Hanseatic Bryggen Wharf. A return trip with Fløibanen cable car is also included; you will go from the city centre and up to Mount Fløyen, with wonderful view of the city and the surrounding fjords and mountains.

  • Price per guide: EUR 199,-
  • Fløibanen: EUR 9,- per person, return ticket
  • Departure: 10:00, you will meet the guide at your hotel.
  • Please note that there will be an additional cost of 50% if the guiding takes place on a Norwegian bank holiday (you will be informed about this when you receive our confirmation).

  Why not have someone else taking care of your luggage while you travel by train, boat and bus between Oslo and Bergen?

  Your luggage will be picked up at the reception of your city centre hotel between 07:00 and 09:00 hrs and dropped off at your hotel in the next city before 21:00 hrs. If accommodation is included in between the two cities you can pack an overnight bag and have your luggage waiting for you in Oslo/Bergen.

  A traditional wooden sail ship takes you between the City Hall, Oslo’s new Opera House and the museums at Bygdøy Peninsula, including the Kon-tiki and Fram Museum (entrance to museums not included). Your ticket is valid 24 hours, and you can hop on and off as much as you want. The total cruise time is 1,5 hours (3 × 30 minutes).

  Food served onboard:

  • During the winter you can buy warm soup, bacalao and warm drinks.
  • Before Christmas you can buy traditional Christmas porridge and warm drinks.
  • In the Summer you can buy fresh shrimps and white wine.
