With sharp tools and professional guidance by Ice Hotel artists you will be guided through the magical world of ice sculpting.
This village walk takes you not only through Jukkasjärvi but also trough history. Together with your guide you will walk from the last ice-age until current day. A fun and easy way of learning the local history and the surrounding nature.
The tour includes a visit to the Sapmi Museum, Jukkasjärvi Church and Torne Valley Museum.
This tour takes you to an exclusive wilderness camp. The tour includes transfer and a three-course dinner with local ingredients based on the eight seasons of Lapland.
You will be picked up with a minibus and ride to the wilderness camp. At the wilderness camp, you will be served an exclusively cooked dinner. While waiting for the dinner, you will get a welcome drink and you can already observe the surroundings.
During dinner, you can enjoy the midnight sun from the end of May until mid-July, or the Northern Lights in the winter
Join this fun and easy activity to learn the basics of survival in the Lappish forest. The experienced wilderness guides will teach you useful bush craft, such as how to start a fire with a flint, how to interpret the signs of nature and many more skills that may be useful one day.
You will be picked up from the hotel and brought to the starting point of the tour. First, the guides let you get accustomed with the camera, and you get to practice some photographing in order to be able to take nice pictures of the landscape, animals and local culture during the tour.
When acquainted with the camera, it is time to search for suitable photo objects. The objects will be chosen depending on the weather and season. Pictures of wild animals cannot be guaranteed, but the guides will do their best to search for impressive nature, animals and possibilities to photograph local people or places. During the tour you can borrow the camera from the Ice Hotel. Please note that you should bring your memory card, would you wish to keep the pictures!
At the end of the tour, you will get a cup of coffee or tea to warm up.
Challenge yourself and interact with the Lappish Forest. This Treetop Adventure features 6 different obstacles from rope bridges to ziplines that reach heights of up to 18 meters above the forest floor. Rise to the challenge and experience the treetops from an elevated perspective.
The Torne River is one of Europe’s best fishing waters. Try your luck and get the chance to catch trout, grayling, whitefish, perch, pike or many other kinds during this tour.
This hike along a moderate track will take you through taiga forest up to the top of the Aptas Mountain. On top you will have a magnificent view. Enjoy a traditional Swedish Fika (coffee served with something sweet) before descending.
The midnight sun shines bright during 100 days and nights. On this tour you will visit the nearest city, Kiruna. Kiruna has a unique geographical location. It is approximately 200 km North of the Arctic circle, where you can experience the Northern Lights in winter and midnight sun in summer. The city is built close to the highest mountain of Sweden and on the world’s largest iron ore mine, which is also the reason why the city is moving.
You will first visit iconic places famous for their architecture and often featured in books and films. The tour finishes at the top of Mount Luossavaara where you have a stunning 360 view over the city, mountains and mine.
This hike will take you up to the lake Rissajaure, also called Troll Lake. The water of Rissajaure is so clear that you are able to look down to 30 meters depth. Surrounded by mountains and various rock formations, you will feel like you are in a magical fairytale.

Travel comfortably on board the overnight train in a private 3-berth compartment and wake up relaxed the next day in Stockholm. This way you are also saving a hotel overnight.
Each private compartment contains two or three made up beds and a wash hand basin. A key to the shower and toilet facilities (along the corridor) is hanging in the compartment. Towels can be borrowed from the shower room along the corridor. Depending on which train is operating, the compartment may sometimes have its own private facilities.

Bed (Couchette) means a place in a shared 6-berth compartment. You make up your own bed with the pillowcase, sheet, sleeping bag and blanket provided. The back cushion on the seat serves as the pillow. The beds fold down so that passengers can sit comfortably during the day. Toilet and shower are found along the corridor.
You can choose between a Ladies’ or Gents’ only or “Mixed compartment” (ladies and gentlemen together).
