Day 01: Arrival in Vilnius

  • Transfer from Vilnius international aiport to your hotel.
    • Vilnius Airport will be closed from July 14 to August 18. During this period all flights will be moved to Kaunas Airport, situated approximately 3 hours from Vilnius and shared shuttle transfers will be offered.
  • Recommended attractions in Vilnius:
    • Vilnius Old Town, a UNESCO World Heritage site
    • Palace of the Grand Dukes of Lithuania
    • Gediminas’ Tower of the Upper Castle
    • Vilnius Cathedral with its 57m-tall belfry
    • Gates of Dawn
    • Užupis, the “republic” of artists
  • Welcome meeting with your guide at 19:00 hrs at the hotel.
  • Dinner and accommodation at Radisson BLU Lietuva (or similar).

Day 02: Vilnius sightseeing - Trakai - Klaipeda

  • Breakfast at the hotel.
  • Sightseeing tour of Vilnius including a walking tour of the Old Town with a local guide
  • Departure from Vilnius by bus.
  • Visit to Trakai, Lithuania’s medieval capital.
  • Arrival to Klaipeda in the late afternoon.
  • Dinner and accommodation at Hotel National (or similar).

Day 03: Day tour Curonian Spit

  • Breakfast at the hotel.
  • Full day tour to the Curonian Spit.
  • Stop at the Hill of Witches in Juodkrante.
  • Visit to Nida with its High Dunes.
  • Dinner at Restaurant 19th Century in Klaipeda.
  • Accommodation at Hotel National (or similar).

Day 04: Klaipeda sightseeing - Samogitia National Park - Riga

  • Breakfast at the hotel.
  • Short sightseeing tour of Klaipeda.
  • Departure from Klaipeda by bus.
  • Walking tour around Lake Plateliai in Samogitia National Park.
  • Visit to the holy site Cross Hills in Siauliai.
  • Arrival in Riga in the afternoon.
  • Dinner and accommodation at Radisson Blu Hotel Latvija (or similar).
  • Evening organ concert at the Dome Cathedral.

Day 05: Riga sightseeing and visit to Jurmala beach resort

  • Breakfast at the hotel.
  • Walking sightseeing tour of Riga’s Old Town with a local guide.
  • Afternoon tour to Jurmala sea resort.
  • Latvian dinner at stylish restaurant Forest.
  • Accommodation at Radisson Blu Hotel Latvija (or similar).

Day 06: Riga - summer resort Parnu - Tallinn

  • Breakfast at the hotel.
  • Departure from Riga by bus along the coastal highway.
  • Short tour of the summer resort Parnu.
  • Arrival in Tallinn in the early afternoon.
  • Dinner and accommodation at the Radisson Blu Hotel Olümpia (or similar).

Day 07: Tallinn city sightseeing

  • Breakfast at the hotel.
  • Sightseeing tour of Tallinn including the Old Town with a local guide.
  • Afternoon excursion to Kardriorg Park.
  • Visit to the art museum KUMU.
  • Medieval dinner at Restaurant Peppersack.
  • Accommodation at the Radisson Blu Hotel Olümpia (or similar).

Day 08: Departure from Tallinn

  • Breakfast at the hotel.
  • Airport transfer to Lennart Meri Tallinn Airport.

Day 01: Arrival in Vilnius

Arrival in Vilnius and transfer from the airport to your hotel. Vilnius Airport will be closed from July 14 to August 18. During this period all flights will be moved to Kaunas Airport, situated approximately 3 hours from Vilnius and shared shuttle transfers will be offered. Dinner and accommodation at Radisson Blu Lietuva Hotel (or similar), a first class hotel located only 2km away from the Old Town. Sights of interest in the city centre of Vilnius include the Old Town, Vilnius Cathedral, Gediminas' Tower and the Gates of Dawn. Welcome meeting with your tour escort at 19:00 hrs at the hotel.

Day 02: Vilnius sightseeing - Trakai - Klaipeda

Breakfast at the hotel before you check out and start your morning sightseeing tour with a local guide. This includes a panoramic tour of the city and a walking tour of the Old Town with Vilnius Cathedral, Gediminas Tower, Peter and Paul Church, St. Anna’s Church, Old University and the Gates of Dawn. Vilnius is known for its more than 1.200 medieval buildings and 48 churches.
After the tour we continue to Trakai, the medieval capital of Lithuania and we visit the well preserved Trakai Castle, beautifully located on an island in Lake Galve. The balance of the day is spent en route to Klaipeda where we arrive late afternoon. Dinner and accommodation at Hotel National (or similar).

Day 03: Day tour Curonian Spit

Breakfast at the hotel before you head out for a full-day tour to the Curonian Spit. The Spit is a thin, 100 km stretch of land between the Baltic Sea and the Curonian Lagoon with small fishing villages, pine forests and endless sand dunes. Our first stop is the Hill of Witches in Juodkrante. After that we continue to Nida, where we visit the High Dunes, Thomas Mann’s summerhouse and get acquainted with the charming resort town before we drive back to Klaipeda. In the evening Lithuanian dinner at Restaurant 19th Century. Accommodation at Hotel National (or similar).

Day 04: Klaipeda sightseeing - Samogitia National Park - Riga

Breakfast at the hotel. Klaipeda first became a part of Lithuania in 1923 and had a long history as a German town called Memel. A short sightseeing tour takes us to the Old Town with its narrow, cobblestone streets and old guild houses and we visit the Theatre Square and the Aennchen von Tharau Fountain.
We now continue to the Samogitia National Park, where we embark on a walking tour around the picturesque Lake Plateliai. After that we continue to Siauliai and Cross Hills, one of the holiest sites of Catholic Lithuania. We head North into Latvia and reach Riga in the afternoon. Dinner and accommodation at Hotel Radisson Blu Latvija (or similar). In the evening organ concert at the Dome Cathedral.

Day 05: Riga sightseeing and visit to Jurmala beach resort

Breakfast at the hotel. Riga, founded in 1201 by the German bishop Albert, is the largest of the 3 Baltic capitals and boasts a true kaleidoscope of various architectural styles. The walking tour of the Old Town with a local guide includes Riga Castle, Dome Cathedral, St. Peter’s Church, Swedish Gates, Three Brothers, Large and Small Guild House and the Freedom Monument.
The afternoon is reserved for a visit to Jurmala, the vibrant Latvian sea resort, famous for its wooden architecture and sandy beaches. In the evening enjoy a Latvian dinner at the stylish Restaurant Forest. Accommodation at Hotel Radisson Blu Latvija (or similar).

Day 06: Riga - summer resort Parnu - Tallinn

Breakfast at the hotel. The tour continues along the coastal highway to the Estonian summer resort of Parnu. We do a short tour of the resort before we continue through the North Estonian land of forests and arrive in Tallinn early afternoon. Dinner and accommodation at the Radisson Blu Hotel Olümpia (or similar).

Day 07: Tallinn city sightseeing

Breakfast at the hotel. Tallinn is a charming blend of medieval tranquillity and modern urban life. The medieval Old Town is a busy place in the summer with its many shops, galleries, souvenir markets, outdoor cafés and restaurants. The sightseeing tour with a local guide takes us around the old medieval city walls and into the Old Town where we see Toompea Castle, Dome Church, Alexander Nevsky Cathedral, medieval Old Town Hall and Great Guild Hall. In the afternoon excursion to Kadriorg Park and visit to KUMU, the award-winning new Estonian art museum, with its collections of classic and contemporary fine art. In the evening medieval dinner at Restaurant Peppersack. Accommodation at the Hotel Radisson Blu Olümpia (or similar).

Day 08: Departure from Tallinn

Buffet breakfast at hotel followed by transfer to the airport for your flight home.
