Day 01: Arrival in Stockholm

Arrival at Stockholm Airport, Arlanda. Transfer to your hotel in connection with your flight arrival. Dinner and accommodation at Clarion Hotel Sign, a new first class hotel centrally located. Your tour escort will meet you at 19:50 hrs in the hotel lobby.

Day 02: Stockholm - the capital of Sweden

Breakfast at the hotel. Today you will start the day with a 4-hour guided sightseeing tour of Stockholm. Sights of interest include the Royal Palace, the Parliament Buildings, the island of Djurgården and the Old Town (Gamla Stan), with its narrow cobbled streets and numerous antique shops. Highlight of the tour is a visit to City Hall with its famous Blue and Golden Rooms, where the Nobel Prize Banquet is held each year. Lunch at the hotel instead of dinner. The afternoon is at your own leisure in Stockholm. We can recommend a visit to the impressive Vasa Museum or one of the popular canal tours. Accommodation at Clarion Hotel Sign. Please note that dinner is not included today, as Stockholm offers a wide selection of restaurants to choose between. Your tour escort will gladly assist with table reservations.

Day 03: Stockholm - Helsinki (overnight cruise)

Breakfast at the hotel. This morning is at your own leisure to explore the beautiful city of Stockholm, often called the Venice of the North due to its many canals and waterways. We recommend the 2-hour boat tour “Under the Bridges of Stockholm”. Afternoon coach transfer for embarkation on a luxurious cruise ferry from Silja Line. Onboard you will find a choice of entertainment, shops, casino and bars. Dinner on board. Accommodation in a 2-berth outside cabin (seaside) with shower/WC. We recommend bringing an overnight bag for this cruise, to avoid having to carry suitcases to and from the cabin.

Day 04: Helsinki - Stockholm (overnight cruise)

Enjoy your buffet breakfast, as you sail into Helsinki. You retain your cabin on the ship. When arriving in Helsinki a local guide is waiting to take you on a 3-hour sightseeing tour of the Finnish capital. Famous sights include the Senate Square, Uspenskij Cathedral, Parliament House, Finlandia Hall, New Opera House, Sibelius Park & Monument, Underground Temple, etc. The afternoon is at your own leisure in Helsinki before departing on your return cruise to Stockholm at 17.00 hrs. Dinner and accommodation on board.

Day 05: Stockholm - Copenhagen

After a delicious buffet breakfast on board, you will return back to Stockholm at 09.30 hrs. The tour continues by coach through the pleasant countryside of Southern Sweden to Gränna, beautifully situated on Lake Vättern. Stop for lunch. After lunch continue through the provinces of Småland and Skåne to the city of Malmö. Cross the Øresund Bridge to arrive in wonderful Copenhagen in the early evening. Dinner and accommodation at Radisson SAS Scandinavia Hotel.

Day 06: Copenhagen - the capital of Denmark

Breakfast at the hotel. The day starts with a 3-hour guided tour of Copenhagen. During the tour you will see the Amalienborg Palace, Christiansborg Palace (seat of the Danish Parliament), Gefion Fountain, the old harbour of Nyhavn, the famous Little Mermaid and many other popular sights. The afternoon is at your own leisure in Copenhagen. We recommend a tour down the popular pedestrian shopping street - Strøget, or a visit to Rosenborg Palace. This evening you will be taken by your tour escort for dinner in the famous Tivoli Gardens. Accommodation at Radisson SAS Scandinavia Hotel.

Day 07: Copenhagen - Oslo (overnight cruise)

Breakfast at the hotel. This morning is at your own leisure in Copenhagen. In the afternoon you will be transfered by coach to DFDS Seaways' terminal for your overnight cruise to Oslo, departing at 17.00 hrs. Enjoy a delicious Scandinavian buffet dinner on board, go dancing, watch the entertainment on board, or sit on deck and watch the sunset. Accommodation in a 2-berth outside cabins with shower/WC. We recommend bringing an overnight bag for this cruise, to avoid having to carry suitcases to and from the cabin.

Day 08: Oslo - the capital of Norway

Scandinavian buffet breakfast is served on board, as you sail up the Oslo Fjord to reach the Norwegian capital at 09:15 hrs. A local guide will meet you at the harbour and take you for a 3-hour guided tour of Oslo, including the world-famous Viking Ships, the Polar Exploration ship Fram, the amazing Vigeland Sculpture Park and other famous sights. The afternoon is at leisure in Oslo. Dinner and accommodation at Thon Hotel Opera, located facing the new Opera House.

Day 09: Departure from Oslo

Breakfast at the hotel, followed by transfer to Oslo Airport Gardermoen for your flight home.
