Findebotten Guesthouse
Spend the night at Findebotten farm, a definite highlight of the cruise. Your small group will have the place entirely to yourselves and your very caring and friendly hosts, Turid and Ingebrigt, will be there to take excellent care of you. All the food is home-made, always using traditional, Norwegian produce. The scenery in the Finnafjord and surrounding the farm is absolutely breathtaking and you will probably be able to take some of your best photos there. The family who lives here has many animals, all of which wander and fly freely about. Some of them are not exactly the regular Norwegian farm animals, which makes it all so much more interesting.
Turid and Ingebrigt Findebotten opened their small hotel in 2007. It only has 9 twin rooms, all of them with en-suite bathrooms. The rooms and the bathrooms are quite spacious and very comfortable (no TV or phone in the rooms). The only complaint they have ever received at Findebotten farm is that the beds are simply too comfortable and that you sleep too long!
Please be aware that this is not a 4* hotel.

Hotel rooms in Scandinavia are generally furnished with twin beds, which can be moved together to form a double bed or placed separately. Please note that single rooms are generally smaller than doubles, and are often equipped with a shower instead of a bath. Purpose-built triple or family rooms are likewise unusual in Scandinavian hotels. Whilst it is possible for 3 persons to share a room, this will normally be formed by a double room with an extra bed. As a result space may be restricted.
